On my path to meat-free comfort food, I’ve come across a number of resources that will definately help support Cleveland’s African-American and Latino vegan and vegetarian demographic. Not that you have to swear off meat forever. You just have to love food!

So here are the results of my search. Cookbooks, online vegan groups, ethnic viewpoints on vegetarianism, and ethnic vegan restaurants.

Let’s make healthy soul food a market reality in Cleveland!

Thank you for providing great content! :) If you have any other great content, not only about latino veganism, but about increasing demand for meat-less dishes, let me know~!

My campaign is especially interested in snacks and dishes for children to replace the sugary corner store snacks and Happy Meals.

By the way thanks for also including my article which I wrote on Being Latino (although I rather not associate myself with them because they are constantly misinforming individuals).

I am glad other people are getting value from it!
